  • Project SG CHAMP..

    I'm appealing to all readers, friends, families, close ones, friend's friend, and all members of public. Project SG Champ is a donation drive and I seek help from all the above types of people and really hope to get your support.

    Project SG Champs is a donation drive set up by Singapore Cybersports & Online Gaming Association (SCOGA) (www.scoga.org). This project is started to fund some of our top gamers over to Cologne,Germany later this year for the World Cyber Games 2008 Grand Finals. The World Cyber Games(www.worldcybergames.com) is an olympic event of the gaming scene. 3 weeks back, The WCG Singapore Finals was concluded and some of the winners aren't sponsored to represent Singapore in the Grand Finals later this year against 70 other top nations.     I know there has been lots of hoo-haa and good news from our Team Singapore contingent who has done us proud at the recent Beijing Olympics. On our side, we do want to make Singapore proud and do well and win a medal for Singapore. On our side, we tried asking for sponsorships from companies but to no avail. The trip needed per person will be around 4000-5000 Dollars. We are hoping to send 6 person over which is about $30,000. I sincerely do hope the above types of people will be able to help us out with our donation drive and help spread this news around. We really wanna fly the Singapore Flag high and the experience we'll be getting there is going to help us alot.

    Do visit the donation site which is at www.scoga.org/sgchamps. Donors will also have their names posted up on the website as well. This donation drive is going to be a big thing as local and international press will be covering it.

    Once again, i really hope the public could help us out with this.
